I’m Palak Shah. After quitting my job as a mechanical engineer to spend more time with my kids I used the value add investing strategy (also known as BRRRR which is buy-rehab-rent-refinance-repeat) and turned 25K into a $10M real estate portfolio. A few years later, my husband Niti Jamdar was able to quit his high paying stressful corporate job and join our real estate investing business full time. We have been featured on publications such as Business Insider and Biggerpockets podcast.
